Waterbean is a clean & quiet place to get some work done on your laptop, with great, reasonably priced coffee and baked snacks. It's located in an intimate space with a minimalist feel and modern ambient music. In the late afternoon, be sure to dress in layers as the temperature fluctuates when the sun peeks through the huge windows. It's easy to access the free Wi-Fi which is fast enough for most any task you might have. Thanks to Crystal who is a friendly and accommodating barista!

Not only is my drink made pristine and delicious, but they remember my order. I go there to study and usually Crystal is my server, she is very friendly and always makes my drink very well to the point where I practically inhale it! The atmosphere is nice, though small, it doesn’t usually fill up unless it’s lunch time, so i think that the later afternoons are the best time to go
I love a good aesthetically pleasing cafe! Cute, clean location. Ordered the Volcano & it was a bit sweet but strong! Would recommend if you're in the mood for a mix of dark roast & condensed milk. SN: There is seating available on the outside & inside. Parking is available in the parking garage next to it.

Rating reflects quality of the coffee drinks - there are multiple espresso roasts to choose from (which I rarely ever see) and the couple I’ve tried are rich and delicious. The flavored syrups are more nuanced and tasty than other places, and you barely need any. This place is quite pricey and it’s also pretty small, so not necessarily a good choice to sit and work at, though there is parking right outside and in a garage.
